SG-PR-24-01 Identifying and caring for Customer Property


Purpose


Background

A significant cause of customer dissatisfaction is when their property is not effectively cared for or is lost.


Procedure

Symmetrical Group is responsible for logging customer property to the customer property register.


The company has provision in its insurances for "Customers Property in Care Custody and Control" adequate to cover such property


Customer property is stored in the laydown area before being worked on. Once complete and tested will be returned to the Customer pending collection.
