SG-PR-22-02 Product Recall/Quarantine


Purpose

Outline the necessary steps required to recall post despatch product.


Background

As a result of the volume of equipment that is on sold it was determined to ensure that in the event one of our suppliers products was determined to be defective a policy should be in place to recall them.


Scope

All Operations staff.


Procedure

Case 1: In Transit, no dealer contact.


Case #2:  Delivered, requires dealer contact.


Case #3:  Product installed, requires end user contact.
