SG-PR-33-20 Planning Implementation and Improvement



This procedure provides a framework for the planning, implementation and improvement of Safety Health and Environment (SH&E) Management Plan and associated documentation.


All project specific SH&E Management Plans shall reference and comply with the Client’s project safety programme which includes Policies, Procedures, Safe Work Standards and any specific reporting requirements.


Project specific SH&E Management Plans shall be tailored to include site location and site statutory requirements (eg. Worksafe), and will have the capacity to undertake risk assessments against project activities and milestones.


Preparation will include an evaluation of the project work scope, the work site conditions and the relevant SH&E requirements as defined by the Client.


The following areas are considered import elements in understanding the overall Safety Management Procedure:

The Improvement stage is to ensure a continuous improvement process is implemented during the project life.  This will address auditing responsibilities and the review of site based safety systems as follows;
